CPF Group Rwanda

Challenge: CPF Group needed to establish a strong, professional brand presence in Rwanda for its two entities - Rukisha and CPF Capital - from the ground up.

Approach: We built both brands end-to-end: website creation, full brand guidelines development, and office branding for their local Rwanda office. We also managed media coordination for their office launch event.

Result: A cohesive, professional brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints, and a well-coordinated public launch that established CPF Group's presence in the Rwandan market.

Hanlink Rwanda

Challenge: Hanlink needed strong public visibility for two key moments: their office launch and the introduction of a new product to the Rwandan market.

Approach: We managed the office launch event, followed by a dedicated product launch campaign for the Sino Truck line — coordinating logistics, media, and audience engagement for both.

Result: Two successfully executed launch events that introduced Hanlink and the Sino Truck brand to the Rwandan market with strong visibility.

Luxuria International

Challenge: Luxuria International, appointed by AC Group Limited (the official MoU holder managing advertising on Kigali's bus shelters for the City of Kigali), needed an end-to-end partner to manage the Kigali Bus Shelters advertising project.

Approach: We managed the project end-to-end on Luxuria International's behalf — covering the full scope of execution required to deliver bus shelter advertising placements across the city.

Result: Successful end-to-end delivery of a citywide advertising project, run in partnership with the official City of Kigali advertising mandate holder.
